MANAGING CHANGE TO UPGRADE ENGLISH TEACHING IN VIETNAM

<p>Managing change in English Language Teaching (ELT) has been implemented to meet the changing requirements and expectations of language learners a globalized society. This paper investigates application management models field ELT, with particular emphasis on Vietnam. The research employed document analysis approach by reviewing analyzing relevant academic papers managing ELT. study identified five models, including Lewin's Change Management Model, ADKAR Kotter's 8 Step McKinsey 7S Kübler-Ross Five Stage Model.
